Africa doesn't lack resources. With 30% of the world's critical minerals, $2.5 trillion in infrastructure opportunities, and a young, dynamic population—Africa's challenge isn't vision or capital.
It's delivery capacity.
Projects stall not from weak ideas, but from gaps in leadership judgment, management systems, and technical governance. Infrastructure delivery gaps cost Africa $100B+ annually. Only 12 countries score above 70/100 on delivery capability.
II. The FORGE Response
